Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once a baby has been selected and will be reflected on your invoice. Please do not make a deposit before receiving an invoice from me! The deposit is priced at a percentage of the total cost of the bird only (not including tax). I will refund a deposit only if I am unable to provide the specific bird listed on your invoice.
